Sunset in Dorset

Posted on May 4, 2015

DSC_4553

This is part two of the bulk of pictures from my trip to Dorset. This is one of those rare occasions, where I shoot pictures in a totally unexpected and unplanned location. We were driving along, and those beautiful flowers attracted my attention, to be honest where I actually wanted to shoot was behind that fence! Unfortunately it turned out to be an electrically enclosed army training facility. Despite my cute eyes, Mr. Armyman didn’t let us enter, so we shot outside. Days like those make me really appreciate England. It’s not anything like what people say. It’s beautiful, picturesque and not rainy at all.
I was wearing a knitted dress by Charlie May. I am a huge fan of her designs, especially because I can wear anything all year round, the fabrics are out of this world. England is not only a place full of amazingly stunning locations, but also incredibly talented designers.

Orange is my new black

Last photos from my trip to Paris a few weeks ago. Ponte Alexander III Bridge is definitely one of the most beautiful places in Paris. What’s more and really strange, it was the first time I’ve taken pictures there . No idea how it could have happened! I was wearing an orange Acne Studios bomber jacket with a black mini skirt and a white camisole. I’m obsessed with everything orange right now, so you can expect a lot of orange here on my blog this season!

Coming back to my trip to Paris. I teamed up with Shoptrotter and created my ‘Shopping Route in Paris’, sharing my favourite boutiques in Paris. Starting from Barbara Bui in Le Marais, Isabel Marant, through Acne and Stella McCartney in Galerie de Valois ( what a breathtaking location! ) ending in my favourite department store Le Bon Marche. Of course I couldn’t forgot about boutiques in Place Vendome, like Chanel or Louis Vuitton. There is no doubt, Paris is on of the best shopping destinations in the world, but it’s good to have a good guide which helps you save a time and find exactly what you’re looking for. Shoptrotter is the best shopping app I’ve had a chance to use. You can find my lastest shopping route in Paris HERE and London route I shared last year HERE. I’d love to hear your opinion! x

Leopard biker jacket

I could never get enough of leopard print. Each season I wear a new piece with this print and find it absolutely timeless. We shot these pictures in Paris during the last day of my stay. Now I’m back in London, full of positive energy. Spring time is my favourite part of the year, especially here in Notting Hill where I live. I’m so looking forward to it.

New York always makes me the happiest girl in the world. I love its vibe, the people, the architecture, the food, the style and everything else. This time I came to New York for fashion week and had an absolute pleasure to stay in Park Central New York Hotel, located in the heart of Manhattan in Midtown. Just a few minutes walk from Lincoln Center where most of the shows took place or 10 minutes by cab to Chelsea and Soho. Ok, I can’t lie, it was freaking cold in New York during my whole stay and it was difficult to travel by subway, even though I love New York subway (probably I’m the only one who does it ). This time I had to reduce spending my time outside to minimum, but every cloud’s got a silver lining. I got the best apartment in my hotel on the 15th floor with a large window view on Manhattan and Times Square. Not that I like such a touristic places as Times Square (actually I’ve never gone there for a walk) but I was absolutely impressed with this view. That moment when I could sit on the window, drink my morning coffee (usually at 6am, because of jetlag) and just watch what’s going on on the 7th Avenue when the city wakes up or afternoon sunsets over Manhattan which will stay in my memory for a long time. And no, I’m not a romantic girl, it was just breathtaking! Thank you Park Central NY for having us! And Tom for helping arranging my NYFW trip. Below you can see my favourite Instagram shots from my whole stay in NY.

Paris Dinner in White, unpublished

Posted on January 6, 2015

As at the end of the year I should share with you my favourite photos from 2014, I decided not doing it and upload unseen pictures which remind me of one of the most incredible moments of 2014. These pictures were taken in Paris, when me and Aida were over there for the White Dinner. It was a night to remember, eating dinner in Ponte Alexandre Bridge with other people wearing only white clothes ( click here to see my diary pictures from Paris) . The dress I was wearing reminds me of Virgin Suicides. The styling of the movie was kept flawing, white and delicate, just like my dress.
Also this is a good reminder of what I’m missing, as I’m tripping to Paris in just two short weeks for some exciting new projects during Men’s Fashion Week. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year’s Eve party.
