Star dress

Stars are definitely the print of the season. It was used in most of my favourite SS15 runway shows, and always styled in an edgy, rock& roll way. On the pictures you can see me wearing a star dress from Tommy Hilfiger SS15 collection. I matched it with a metallic scarf, golden Cluse watch and Stuart Weitzman heels.
The dress is made with the finest chiffon, which is a beautifly flowing fabric. While I usually try to choose good weather days for my shoots, this time, I looked up the most windy day of the week. I just love the way the dress dances in the wind, don’t you?
Also you probably can’t see it in the pictures, but behind that fence was a massive dog, a mastiff I think. It was barking insanely for most of the time, and to be honest I was a little scared. Also so many people kept coming to pat it, and we had to wait for the to move, so instead of wrapping up the shoot in 1hr it took us ages.

Spring with Tommy Hilfiger

Posted on April 22, 2015

It was so much fun to wear and shoot this Tommy Hilfiger runway look which I had a chance to see in New York during fashion week last September. It was one of my favourite looks on the catwalk and I thought it would look great photographed in my Notting Hill neighbourhood. Especially now, when the weather is changing into spring or even summer. We have a lot of sun, blooming trees around and it is just beautiful.
Coming back to my striped dress, I matched it with Saint Laurent mary jane shoes which I bought in February, but now it’s actually warm enough to wear them. You can see my todays look featured on Farfetch Google Plus chanel. Go and see my favourite pics from Farfetch!

Patchwork fur

Posted on February 14, 2015

I love fur. I was always a girl dreading winter and what came with it shapeless coats and asexual outwear. I felt that I could never really be myself in the winter, because I never found any coat that would be ‘me’, and I always felt like I was wearing a garbage bag. This all changed thankfully, this winter when I got this patchwork fur coat. It was sexy and chic, and for the first time in years I felt really myself wearing it outside. Also I forgot to mention, I love Sex and the City and I never forgot the scene when Carrie puts a fur coat over her pyjamas and rushes to Miranda’s house on New Year’s Eve. Since then I bought a few more, and recently this one here – the patchwork gem on my furry kingdom. It’s sexy, edgy and very me. I wore it with AllSaints leather skirt and Rodarte top, to loosen up the elegance factor of the outfit.

On another note,  as you probably know, I’m in NYC for fashion week! Make sure you follow me on Instagram to see what I’m up to during my stay. Oh and keep your fingers crossed, it freezing cold here.  Although thanks to my furry army, I might just keep warm enough.

Sequins for a day

Posted on January 14, 2015

Today it’s Isabel Marant total look I just love the way this grunge jumper breaks the femininity of the sequinned skirt. This is what I love about Isabel Marant, the mixing up of styles makes every outfit special and unique. The next post will probably be from Paris, where I’m heading for Men’s Fashion Week.
Have a nice week !

Berry popsicle

Posted on December 28, 2014

This is probably my last post and look in 2014. We took these pictures with Magda a week ago in Soho. I was wearing a long, black, belted coat with a berry popsicle fur scarf and Nicholas Kirkwood Iris loafers. I can’t deny it, I’m a bit obsessed with all Charlotte Simone scarves, I could wear every single colour, or I should say, flavour.

As it’s my last post this year I want to thank you for all the support, all positive comments. I’m glad you have been reading my blog for almost 7 years now, following me on Instagram & Facebook which nowadays are a big part of my life. I share with you not only my outfits but also my life. Your positive feedback is amazing and very inspiring. Thanks to you, my dear readers, I love my job and wake up every day with smile on my face. Wish you all the best in 2015!
