Coming back to my outfit. I was wearing a leather skirt from Maje, a white shirt from The scarletroom, Kurt Geiger boots and Sophie Hulme bag (the first I had, just classic black leather version). Kinda school girl look. I wish I could dress like that the whole year, this style is the closest to my heart. No warm coats, jackets and scarfs please! There are only 6 months left till spring in Europe …
I have just come back from my short trip to Paris, and this time it was just as exciting as it gets. I was invited to assist the reveal of the Prada Christmas window display at Printemps department store. And to make everyone jealous, the special guest invited to the event was the absolutely amazing Gwyneth Paltrow.
I must say I love Christmas window displays. They remind me that Xmas is approaching and are sort of a ‘get ready’ sign. Every year they get more and more stunning. Turning more into works of art rather than just a mere display. Every year Printemps organises Christmas window shows with different designer. This year it is Prada. I was ready to be stunned but what I witnessed was just beyond my wildest dreams. Christmas in it’s finest. Check out some pictures I took during my visit at the Printemps.
I’ve just come back from Paris where I went for the H&M x Isabel Marant launch party. It was such a great night with the presentation of the collection (see the video on my Instagram), concert of hip hop daddies Rappers Delight. Not to mention I could try rollerskating for the first time in my life (it’s not as difficult as I’ve thought it was), buy clothes in the pop up store 3 weeks before they hit the stores around the world. And finally see beautiful and smiling Isabel Marant in person who is one of my favourite designers and a great woman.I haven’t managed to take an outfit photos during the event (my camera with the lens is almost heavier than me and sometimes feeling comfortable is more important than taking photos), so we did a photoshoot with similiar outfit the day after (Thanks Yannis and Jordan! ) , only changing a skirt into black skinny jeans. I’m absolutely in love with the Filles a Papa sequin jacket, which matched the rollerskate rink as nothing else.I’m saying bye to Paris only for one week, because I’ll be back next Thursday for the other exiting project. Stay tuned!
(Drums please!) This is my first look for H&M x Isabel Marant. I absolutely love the collection. To be honest with you I reckon everything is a must have for my first look I picked a basic grey sweatshirt, a fuzzy skirt and the boots. I’m saying THE boots because they are the ones and only, most beautiful pair of boots I have ever had on. Also the collection speaks to me because it fits my current boho obsession. I love it, what do you guys think? The pictures were taken in Saint Germain and Champs Élysées. Paris is so beautiful these days I wish I could live here and in London at the same time. Maybe like a week here and a week there:) stay tuned for more looks to come…
