New York, Manhattan

My last week’s trip to New York was short but absolutely amazing. I was invited there by Virgin Holidays to spend a few nights in The Surrey hotel located on the Upper East Side, which, in my opinion, is the most beautiful area of Manhattan. The view from my room, located on the 17th floor, was faboulous, especially early in the morning when I could watch sunrise over New York skyscrapers. The one possitive thing about jetlag is that you can’t sleep at 4 am, so you can see how a big city is waking up for a busy day. A view to remember!
The Surrey Hotel was located between Central Park and Madison Avenue. There were so many cool boutiques and restaurants around and great spots for taking photos. Unfortunatelly a freezing cold temperature didn’t allow me to take more shots outside. A friendly stuff in the hotel took care of us perfectly, so we were enjoying our time in a hotel between the shows. And I have to mention about the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. It was a brioche french toast with maple syrop, orange butter and apple pear served in the hotel cafe. I wish I could prepare it by myslef at home.

Thanks a lot to the Virgin Holiday, The Surrey and All Saints for a great time! I’m already planning my next trip to NY in spring!
