Callum Ball // London Men’s Fashion Week

Posted on June 27, 2013

I took this shot of Callum BalI during Men’s Fashion Week in London. Callum is the new face of Burberry and his catwalk was made exclusive for this fashion house. I enjoy mens fashion week much more than women’s. It’s never as busy as the woman’s one, and it’s not necessary to ‘fight’ for street style photos. You can check my other shots on Miista blog where I run my streetstyle section regularly every week.

Double denim

Posted on May 31, 2013

Wearing a total denim look might sound a little bit weird. Yeah, I’m sure you all remember that famous photo of Britney and Justin wearing that look in the worst possible way. Either way, I love denim because as you know I’m quite obsessed with 90’s style. What’s more, I’m still a big fan of Britney and Justin, even though I’m not a teenager anymore.
We took these photos early Thursday morning on Portobello Road, which looks absolutely beautiful at this time of the year. And these yellow roses; I spotted them while strolling the streets of Notting Hill and knew that they had to appear on my blog. Maybe they’ve inspired me to take photos wearing this denim outfit. Anyway, I like the result and hope that you too.
I was wearing New Look denim skirt (check their new petite section), Zara denim shirt and heels, Givenchy Antigona clutch and Misbhv leather jacket.

Alicepoint x Fab exclusive bag is available now!

Posted on May 28, 2013

The bag I designed for Fab is finally available! I’m so happy to share with you the result of the photoshoot I did with Adam last week in Kew Gardens; one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to in London. As I mentioned before, Alice bag is a simple leather clutch that you can style with pretty much everything. To compliment the bag, I decided to wear a white & nude outfit as it fit perfectly with the minimalistic style that I’ve been into lately.

For a chance to win your own Alice bag please vote for my design on Fashiolista – here. Your votes could get me an opportunity to design my own mini line. Thanks!

Alicepoint x Fab exclusive bag

Posted on May 28, 2013

I’m so exited to finally show you the project I’ve been working on for a little while. I have designed my own bag together with Fab in collaboration with Fashiolista. This has been one of the best opportunities I got since I’ve started my blog (in March 2008 for those who don’t know :)). My idea was to design a minimalistic, medium size bag, that can be easily worn with any kind of outfits. It is made out of beautiful, black leather and has a detachable chain handle to be more comfortable during the day.

The bag is available to buy in Fab online store HERE.

But that’s not everything! My bag is taking part in a competition for the best bag design on Fashiolista. The winner will be able to design a mini collection, which would be like a dream come true for me. You can vote for my bag HERE and get the chance to win a bag for yourself as well. Good luck and thanks for your support and vote.

Floral skirt

Posted on May 27, 2013

We took these photos last Wednesday, in the afternoon during the busiest time in Soho. It was very windy (wind is the second thing I hate the most during taking photos, right after rain) and there were so many people walking around. But there is some special atmosphere in Soho during the week, and I love spending a lot of time there and taking streetstyle photos. For those who don’t know yet, I’m running a weekly streetstyle section for Miista.
Coming back to my outfit. I was wearing a skirt with flower print (I had to add some summer patterns to my daily outfits), an oversized jumper I’ve stolen from my friend, and Givenchy clutch. And finally I took my new Chanel espadrilles for a walk.
